PILLAR entered a complex German B2B market as a new brand with no usable campaign history. Solar carports are a high-consideration product, so fast impulse sales were never a realistic promise. The first two tests spent €437.07 without generating a lead. Instead of scaling a broken setup, we used the failure to rebuild the offer, audience logic and funnel.

From July through December 2025, a controlled automated publishing layer expanded PILLAR's long-tail search footprint. We then stopped the publishing run and measured only the cohort of URLs first seen in Search Console during that period.
HOW THE SYSTEM WENT LIVE.
It was a system with two loops: Meta created and converted demand into recorded leads, while SEO accumulated search visibility; we measured each loop separately.
