analytics services one channel · one job

Analytics you can trust in a meeting

Analytics is useful when the team cannot agree which number is true — or when an important action is not recorded at all. The work starts with the decision you need to make, maps the events that should support it, implements and checks the data, then reviews it on a cadence people will actually keep.

guessing is expensive.

We do not begin with a larger dashboard. If you only get a handful of leads a month, count them by hand first; build the system when counting starts to hurt. One reliable number, then a decision.

THE PROBLEM

WHY DATA GOES UNUSED.

A dashboard cannot settle a decision when the event is missing, duplicated or defined differently across systems. Useful analytics starts by naming the decision, defining the action once and checking that the data arrives cleanly.

tick what sounds familiar — it travels into your message

The point is not another chart. It is a number the team can use to decide. a number the team can use.

HONEST
SPEC SHEET.

Every channel does one job. This is the job, the moment it is the right move, and the moment we will talk you out of it. On its own, in a mix, or as part of full service — the fader is the same.

what it solves

Reliable measurement, honest attribution, and reports that end in a decision rather than a chart.

when it fits

Ads, analytics and CRM disagree — and every meeting starts with "which number is right?"

when not now

You get five leads a month. Count them by hand first; build the dashboard when counting hurts.

a report should end in a decision.

why grandma

WHAT WE CHECK BEFORE WE BUILD MORE CHARTS.

Four checks keep measurement tied to a decision instead of adding another dashboard nobody owns.

We name the decision: budget move, channel stop/start, offer test or sales follow-up. If nobody can name the decision, a chart will not create one.

Call, form, chat or qualified conversation — one definition across Ads, analytics and CRM. The same label with different rules is how meetings start with “which number is right?”

We reproduce the action and compare what the interface fires with what reporting receives. Broken, duplicated or vanity events get fixed before more budget trusts them.

Every important signal needs an owner and a review rhythm. Automation can flag a spike; a person still decides what it means.

questions before the start

THE QUESTIONS
WE HEAR MOST.

ask the awkward one.
that's usually the real one.

What can analytics work include?

A measurement plan, event setup, quality checks, a usable report or dashboard and a review rhythm. We select only what supports an actual decision.

Do we need a new dashboard?

Not necessarily. Sometimes the fix is one event or one shared definition, not another chart.

Can you repair existing tracking?

Yes. We audit important events, reproduce them and compare interface versus reporting.

Who checks the data after launch?

Owners and a review schedule are agreed up front. Automation can flag issues; people decide.

Can you guarantee more leads from analytics?

No. Analytics makes decisions less blind. Demand, offer and follow-up still drive volume.

Do you work writing-only?

Yes. Send the stuck decision and systems in a message. We scope and report in writing.

IN DEPTH

MEASUREMENT THAT ENDS IN A DECISION.

Start with the decision

Analytics is useful when the team cannot agree which number is true — or when an important action is not recorded at all. The work starts with the decision you need to make, maps the events that should support it, implements and checks the data, then reviews it on a cadence people will actually keep.

We do not begin with a larger dashboard. If you only get a handful of leads a month, count them by hand first; build the system when counting starts to hurt.

What we check before we build more charts

  1. Which decision is stuck? We name the decision: budget move, channel stop/start, offer test or sales follow-up. If nobody can name the decision, a chart will not create one.
  2. Is the useful action defined once? Call, form, chat or qualified conversation — one definition across Ads, analytics and CRM.
  3. Does the event arrive cleanly? We reproduce the action and compare what the interface fires with what reporting receives. Broken, duplicated or vanity events get fixed before more budget trusts them.
  4. Who owns the unusual number? Every important signal needs an owner and a review rhythm. Automation can flag a spike; a person still decides what it means.

Proof: ProCar service conversations

For ProCar (auto body, Georgia), Meta work in November 2025–February 2026 recorded 717 service conversations. Of those, 695 came from direct-response campaigns at a weighted $1.93 cost per conversation; the strongest campaign alone delivered 555 at $1.48.

Boundaries

  • The public case fader is Meta Ads. Here it illustrates a defined messaging conversation as the measured result, with cost compared across campaigns — not a claim that we installed GA4 and revenue appeared.
  • Completed repairs / jobs are outside the claim, as on the public case.
  • These are conversation and cost figures from the audited period, not revenue, ROAS or a promised CPL for other markets.

Best when — and not when

Best when: Ads, analytics and CRM disagree; important actions are missing or double-counted; or every meeting argues about the chart.

Not when: volume is tiny enough to count manually; the offer is unclear; or nobody will own the data after launch.

Analytics pairs with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and content marketing when those channels need a trustworthy reading of what happened after the click or visit.

Start in writing

Send a written message with:

  • which decision feels uncertain;
  • which systems hold the data (GA4, Ads, CRM or chat);
  • which action should count as useful;
  • who can own the number after launch.

We will reply in writing with the smallest useful analytics scope — or say if another fader should come first.
