SEO copywriting services built on your facts
Copy for service pages, store categories and product pages, plus blog articles for search queries. We add meta tags and internal links, and edit the copy you already have.
SEO copywriting services help when the pages exist but answer neither the search query nor the buyer's question: stock phrases, manufacturer text on product pages, articles about nothing. We start with the facts of your business and how people search, then write.
When it fits
when it fits
- Your service pages are written in generic phrases and do not say what exactly you do and for whom.
- Store categories are empty or product pages carry the manufacturer's description.
- There is a blog, but its articles do not answer the queries that bring people to you.
- Someone in your team can talk us through the product once and check the facts.
when not now
- You need a character count or dozens of articles a week with no facts and no review.
- The site is blocked from indexing or has serious technical errors. Those come first.
- You need guaranteed rankings. Copy cannot give you that.
How we write
-
01
Facts and questions
A conversation with the person who knows the product, client emails, reviews, questions to sales and search queries.
-
02
Structure for the query
Which query the page targets, which questions sit behind it, which headings it needs and whether it competes with another page.
-
03
Copy
Service pages, categories and product pages, blog articles. For a large catalogue we agree a template first.
-
04
Meta tags and links
Title, description, headings, image alt text and internal links to related pages.
-
05
Review and editing
You approve the facts before publishing. Existing pages that already get impressions are edited in place.
A catalogue where copy works with the site
For Ratner Beauty Store, a Ukrainian online shop, we designed the categories and product pages and ran the editorial layer together with the site and SEO. From July 2025 to June 2026 the store earned 156,379 clicks from Google Search. That is the result of the whole system, not of copy alone.
THE QUESTIONS
WE HEAR MOST.
How much do SEO copywriting services cost?
It depends on the number and type of pages, the languages, the size of the catalogue and whether facts have to be gathered from scratch. One service page and a hundred product pages on a shared template are different jobs. We agree scope and price in writing before we start.
How many keywords will the copy contain?
As many as the copy needs to answer the query naturally. The main query goes into the heading, the title and the first paragraph; the rest comes from how people actually phrase their questions. We do not count keyword density.
Where do the facts come from?
From you: one conversation with the person who knows the product, your materials, client emails and reviews. If something is missing, we ask. You approve the copy before it goes live.
Can you edit our existing copy?
Yes, and it is often the best place to start. Pages that already get impressions in Search Console are edited in place: heading, first paragraph, answers to common questions, links.
Which languages do you write in?
Ukrainian, English and German. Each language is written for its own market and queries, not translated word for word.

SEO copywriting: what we write and how
For us, SEO copywriting services cover service pages, store categories, product pages and blog articles that answer a specific search query and the question the person had when they typed it. We write from the facts of your business: what you do, who it is for, how the work runs and what the price depends on. Keywords show how people search. A person reads the page and decides whether to get in touch, so the copy is written for them.
Well-written copy can still go nowhere in search if the page does not match the query it should be found for. Keyword-led copy without facts fails the other way round: the phrase is there and there is nothing behind it. A page needs both, which is why preparation takes up a real share of every job.
What the work includes
Service pages
Most requests for website copywriting services start with the page that sells. A service page answers four questions: what you offer, who it is for, how it works and what to do next. Before writing we decide which query it targets and check that no other page on the site already covers the same ground. Two pages on one topic tend to split impressions, and neither of them climbs.
Ecommerce copywriting: categories and product pages
A category page helps people choose: how the products differ, what to look for, what suits whom. A product page deals with the doubts that stop a purchase: materials, size, compatibility, delivery, care. A manufacturer’s description that also appears on dozens of other sites rarely answers any of that. For a large catalogue we agree a template first, so the hundredth product page is as good as the first.
Blog articles
An article makes sense when a query hides a question a service page cannot answer: how to choose, what to compare, how to prepare. Every article links to the service or category page it supports.
Meta tags and internal links
Title, description, headings, image alt text and links to related pages come with every text. We write titles so people can tell from the results what the page is about. A comma-separated list of keywords does not tell them that.
How a project runs
First we look at what is already there: which pages exist, which ones get impressions in Search Console, where two pages compete for one query and where the page you need is simply missing. That gives us a list of what to edit, what to write from scratch and what to merge.
Next comes one conversation with the person who knows the product, plus your material: client emails, reviews, the questions your sales team hears. Clients often describe their problem in different words from the ones in your service name. How to find those words is covered in How to find clients’ words for a service name.
Then the structure and a draft. You check the facts, we make the edits. Whether your team publishes the copy or we do it with access to your site is agreed at the start. After publishing we check in Search Console which queries the page starts showing up for and, if needed, adjust the heading or the opening paragraph.
What shapes the price
The same word count can hide very different amounts of work, so we price the job, not the characters. The main factors:
- the type of page: a new service page, an article built on a review of the results page, or product pages on one template;
- the number of languages, since each one is written for its own queries;
- the size of the catalogue and the state of your product data;
- whether the facts are already collected or have to be drawn out of conversations and documents;
- whether meta tags, internal linking and placing the copy in your CMS are part of the job.
We agree scope and price in writing before we start.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It works best where buyers compare and read before deciding: B2B services with a long sign-off, online stores with a large catalogue, high-ticket services. Another good case is a site that already gets impressions while its pages miss the query. Then you can start with edits instead of a new site.
It is the wrong fit if you need text “for the search engine” with nobody checking the facts, or if no one on your team can spare an hour to talk us through the product. If the site has indexing problems, an SEO audit should come first: copy on a page Google cannot see changes nothing. We do not guarantee rankings, because copy is only one of the reasons a search engine shows a page.
Common mistakes with SEO copy
- Keyword stuffing. A phrase in every sentence makes the page harder to read and no clearer to search engines.
- One text for every language. A word-for-word translation carries Ukrainian phrasing into markets where a German or British buyer searches differently.
- Generated copy with no facts. AI writes smoothly, and it writes the same as your competitors. Why that happens is the subject of AI writes like everyone else.
- Rewriting everything from scratch. A page that already gets impressions is safer to edit in place, so you keep what works.
- Articles cut off from the service. The blog gathers readers but never sends them to the page where they can buy.
SEO copy is often part of wider content marketing, but you can order it on its own. To start, send us a message with the site address, the pages you need, the languages and who on your team can talk us through the product. We will reply in writing with where we would start and what we need from you.
