B2B lead generation agency: from target list to sales conversation

We define the market and who to leave alone, build a target list from data, prepare proof and a short message, contact people on LinkedIn within agreed limits and pass every interested reply to the person on your side who continues the conversation.

A B2B lead generation agency helps when you have an offer worth discussing but no steady list of the right companies to discuss it with. We cover the route from the target list to a conversation your team takes over. GrandMa leads strategy, positioning, coordination and communication with you; a specialised partner team carries out the agreed LinkedIn work, and we say so before the start.

When it fits

when it fits

  • You sell to other companies, one conversation can lead to a meaningful deal, and the buyer is a role you can name.
  • Your sales team spends hours searching for companies instead of talking to them.
  • You want to enter a new country or segment and first need to know who is worth contacting there.
  • Someone on your team can answer an interested reply quickly and take the conversation further.

when not now

  • You need a guaranteed number of meetings or want to pay per lead. We do not offer either.
  • You want to buy a database and write to everyone on it, or you sell to consumers.
  • The offer and price range are not defined yet, or nobody on your side will continue the conversation.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Market and exclusions

Countries, industries, company size, roles and the situations where your offer fits. Plus a written list of who we do not contact.

  2. 02

    Target list

Companies collected from public data, maps, registers and industry sources, each with a priority score.

  3. 03

    Proof and message

One piece of proof the buyer can check and a short first message tied to their situation. You approve both.

  4. 04

    Outreach and search

Contact on LinkedIn within agreed limits. For buyers who already search for a solution, search ads and a landing page.

  5. 05

    Handover and records

An interested conversation goes to the named owner on your side. Every contact and its outcome is logged in a CRM or a spreadsheet.

The list before the first message

PILLAR sells solar carports in Germany, and its team used to search for locations by hand. We built a weekly refreshed map of large car parks in Germany: 40,594 car parks of 5,000 m² or more, of which 6,456 are high priority (score 80 or above) in the snapshot of 13 July 2026, with filters and export. This case proves the target list and prioritisation stage only. It does not measure messages, replies, meetings, deals or revenue.

THE QUESTIONS
WE HEAR MOST.

How is this different from your LinkedIn outbound service?

LinkedIn outbound is one step: the outreach itself. B2B lead generation covers the whole route around it, from defining the market and building a scored target list to search ads for buyers who already look, the handover to your team and the records.

Who writes the messages?

GrandMa prepares the proof and the message text with you, and you approve them. A specialised partner team carries out the agreed work in LinkedIn. You know this before the first message goes out.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of markets, languages and roles, on how much work the target list needs and on how long we work together. We agree scope and price in writing before the start.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. Replies and meetings depend on the market, the offer, the price and how quickly your team answers. We guarantee an agreed process and a record of every contact, so you can see what happened.

Do we need a CRM?

Not at the start. A spreadsheet works if every reply has an owner. Once enquiries come from several channels, a CRM keeps them in one place.

Which markets and languages do you work with?

Ukraine and Europe, in English, German and Ukrainian. We agree the countries and languages for each project before the target list is built.

your task?

Send us what you sell, who buys it (industry, company size, roles), in which countries, your average deal size or range and who on your side handles conversations after the first reply. We will reply in writing with where we would start.

No calls, no newsletter. A reply from a person, usually within one working day. Prefer chat? Telegram · hello@grandma.agency

B2B lead generation: the route from list to conversation

A B2B lead generation agency is useful when you have an offer worth discussing but no steady list of the right companies to discuss it with. We cover the whole route: we define the market and the situations where your offer fits, build a target list from data, prepare a reason to get in touch, contact people on LinkedIn within agreed limits and hand every interested conversation to the person on your side who will take it further. Each step is recorded in a CRM or a spreadsheet, so you can see who was contacted, who replied and what happened next.

If you already know LinkedIn is your channel and only need the outreach, see our page on LinkedIn outbound.

What our B2B lead generation services include

The steps run in this order, because each one depends on the one before.

  1. We agree on countries, industries, company size, the roles that take part in the decision and the situations where your offer makes sense. We also write down who we leave alone: existing clients, competitors, companies that are too small, markets you do not serve.
  2. We collect companies from data: public sources, maps, registers and industry sources. Each entry gets a priority score, so your team starts with the companies where the fit is clearest.
  3. For each segment we prepare one piece of proof the buyer can check and a short first message tied to their situation.
  4. Contacts on LinkedIn are made within the limits we agreed: volume, languages, who may be approached and how often.
  5. For buyers who are already searching for a solution, search ads and a landing page are often a better route than a cold message.
  6. An interested reply goes to the named owner on your side, with the context of the conversation. Everything is logged in a CRM or a spreadsheet.

Who does the work

We say this before we start. GrandMa leads strategy, positioning, coordination and communication with you. A specialised partner team carries out the agreed work in LinkedIn. Tasks, limits and the handover of replies are agreed before the first message goes out.

Why the target list comes first

B2B lead generation often fails at the list. A bought database produces activity, yet the people in it often have no reason to talk to you. A list built from real signals gives every later step a better start.

An example from our own work: PILLAR sells solar carports in Germany. Their team used to search for suitable locations by hand. We built a map of large car parks in Germany that is refreshed every week: 40,594 car parks of 5,000 m² or more, of which 6,456 are high priority (score 80 or above) in the snapshot of 13 July 2026. The PILLAR case proves the list and prioritisation stage only. It does not measure messages, replies, meetings, deals or revenue, and we do not claim any.

Outbound lead generation and buyers who already search

Outbound lead generation reaches people who are not looking for you yet. Buyers who are already searching need an ad that matches their query and a page that answers their questions.

For the same client, Google Search recorded 142 contact events in Q1 2025: 72 phone contacts, 60 email clicks and 10 forms. These are contact events, not deals. We mention them because both routes usually work side by side, and the search part is described on our Google Ads page.

Why we do not send mass email

We do not run cold email campaigns, and we cannot show you results from them. In Germany, § 7 of the Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) treats advertising by email without the recipient’s prior express consent as an unacceptable nuisance, with a narrow exception for existing customers. This is a reason for caution, not legal advice; for your specific case, ask your lawyer. On LinkedIn we write to a selected person within agreed limits.

We also do not sell contact databases. The list we build belongs to the project and is used for the agreed outreach.

What a B2B lead generation agency can promise

We do not promise a number of leads or meetings. Replies depend on the market, the offer, the price, the timing and how quickly your team answers. When a B2B lead generation company is paid per lead, it has a reason to count weak contacts as leads.

What we can promise is a process you can check: an agreed audience and exclusion list, a scored target list, written messages you approve, outreach within agreed limits and a record of each contact and its outcome. After the first weeks we review replies and objections with you and decide what to change.

Before the start we name the person on your side who takes interested conversations and agree how quickly they answer. A spreadsheet is enough to begin with. If your enquiries already come from several channels, it makes sense to set up a proper CRM where outreach, search and the website feed one pipeline.

Who it fits

It fits companies that sell to other companies, where one conversation can lead to a meaningful deal and the buyer is a role you can name. It does not fit consumer sales, an offer without a price range, a goal of writing to everyone or a team with nobody to continue the conversation.

What to send us

Write to us with what you sell, who buys it (industry, company size, roles), in which countries, your typical deal size or range and who on your side handles conversations after the first reply. We will answer in writing whether a B2B lead generation agency is the right help for you now and where we would start.
