Nine channels. You usually need one
Each direction below solves one job. Know which — push the fader. Don’t know — describe the situation; we’ll say where to start. Need the whole desk — we do that too, but we start from the blocker, not from everything at once.

Each channel
has one job
Open any: what it solves, when it fits, when it’s better not now. Sounds like you? Push the fader. Not sure? Just write.
-
what it solves
Repetitive work that eats the day and the replies that arrive too late. Keeps people in control of the decisions that matter.
when it fits
The team drowns in copy-paste, and a new lead waits hours for a first human answer.
when not now
The process itself changes every week. Automate a stable thing, not a moving one.
we automate what is stable, not what changes every week.
-
what it solves
The technical base, the pages that answer real demand, and the measurement of what organic visits actually lead to.
when it fits
Competitors rank for what you sell, and your blog is a diary nobody reads.
when not now
Nobody searches for it yet. That is a demand-creation job — a different fader.
make the page useful first, then expect rankings.
-
what it solves
Search demand, landing pages and tracking connected — so useful enquiries become visible and countable.
when it fits
There is demand right now, and you need it this month, not next year.
when not now
The offer is unclear. Ads only make an unclear offer expensive faster.
clicks are not the point. leads are.
-
what it solves
Facts and answers structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI understand — and cite — your brand.
when it fits
Your buyers ask an AI first, and it names someone else.
when not now
The basic facts on your own site are not straight yet. Fix the source before the citation.
from invisible to cited.
-
what it solves
The real questions buyers have before they write — answered where they look, so they choose with a clear head.
when it fits
The sale is complex, expensive, or several people have to agree first.
when not now
You need enquiries this month. Content compounds; it does not sprint.
content is king, if it answers real questions.
-
what it solves
Reliable measurement, honest attribution, and reports that end in a decision rather than a chart.
when it fits
Ads, analytics and CRM disagree — and every meeting starts with "which number is right?"
when not now
You get five leads a month. Count them by hand first; build the dashboard when counting hurts.
a report should end in a decision.
-
what it solves
Offers and creative ideas tested fast, with attention, enquiries and sales kept in separate columns.
when it fits
The offer is visual, local, and demand has to be created rather than caught.
when not now
Your buyer is a job title, and there are three hundred of them in the country. That is LinkedIn.
impressions are not the result. enquiries are.
-
what it solves
Relevant B2B conversations with the right people — the right companies, the right role, a real reason to write.
when it fits
Your buyer is a job title, several people decide, and each of them needs an argument.
when not now
You sell to consumers — or nobody on your side can answer a reply within a day.
targeted, not mass.
-
what it solves
Sites and stores that are clear to customers and practical for the team to keep improving. WordPress, OpenCart or custom — chosen for the task.
when it fits
Ads and SEO already bring people, and the site is where they get lost.
when not now
Traffic is the leak. A new site does not fix an empty room.
where the sale actually happens.
what we'll talk you out of
FIVE THINGS
WE SAY NO TO.
These are real paid requests. We refuse not because we can’t, but because the tool doesn’t match the problem.
-
SEO when nobody searches for it yet.
New category, zero queries. Ranking first for silence is still silence. Instead → Meta Ads to create demand, then SEO once people start typing.
-
Meta Ads for a buyer who is a job title.
Three hundred facility managers in Germany do not scroll for solar carports. Instead → LinkedIn outbound plus one page that answers their objection.
-
A new website when the old one converts fine.
If the leak is traffic, a redesign is an expensive way to keep the room empty. Instead → Google Ads or SEO — fix the flow, keep the room.
-
AI Search before the facts on your site are straight.
Assistants cite what they can parse. Three different addresses on three pages get you cited wrong. Instead → Content first: one truth per fact, then the citation work.
-
Automating a process that changes every week.
You would be paying us to rebuild the same workflow monthly. Instead → Analytics to see where leads actually stall, then automate the stable part.
mixes that work
ONE CHANNEL, A MIX,
OR THE FULL SET.
Three formats. One channel when it is clear what is broken. A mix of two or three when the problem sits between channels. Or the full set: one team, one report. Click a card and the desk above sets the faders for you.
cases by channel
ONE NUMBER
PER CASE.
Each case is tagged with the channel that did the work. Numbers come from the public case pages — period and method are there.

questions before the start
THE QUESTIONS
WE HEAR MOST.
Should I start with SEO or Google Ads?
Ads can test active demand quickly. SEO usually makes sense when useful search demand already exists and the business can wait longer. The offer, timeline and measurement decide which comes first.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes, when the problem crosses channel boundaries. We begin with the smallest useful combination instead of adding services by default.
How long before I see results?
A paid test may produce useful evidence in weeks; SEO and content often need months. The site, market and speed of implementation can move that timeline in either direction.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, when the task is clear and there is enough capacity to act on the answer. The scope should fit the stage and budget.
What makes GrandMa different from other agencies?
We make the working logic visible: the question, the evidence, the owner and the next decision. If an idea is not supported by the data, we say so.
How do you measure success?
We agree on the useful signals before the work starts. Depending on the task, that may include enquiries, qualified conversations, revenue or an earlier indicator such as a completed form.
Why no calls?
Written answers can be checked, forwarded and re-read. A call cannot. You get the same person, the same reasoning, and a record of both — usually within one working day.
PUSH THERIGHT FADER.
Start with the blocker
Marketing problems usually sit in demand, message or journey. A channel is a fader, not a package: push the one that addresses the current constraint. The wrong fader can spend a budget efficiently and still leave the problem where it was.
Give each channel one job
SEO captures demand already being searched. Google Ads tests or captures active intent. Meta Ads earns attention and a next action. Websites make the path to that action usable. Content Marketing answers a buyer question; AI Search makes those answers legible to answer engines. Analytics gives one decision a reliable definition. LinkedIn Outbound starts a focused conversation, and Automation & AI Systems removes repeatable operational drag.
What we say no to
We do not sell a channel because it is fashionable, turn a dashboard into the product, promise virality, call attention a sale, or push a fader when the underlying offer is unclear. Those are the five checks on this desk.
Mixes are a starting point
A mix can be useful once the bottleneck is named: search pages plus measurement, a sharper offer plus paid demand, or content plus a system that keeps it current. It is a decision aid, not a nine-channel retainer by default.
Make the next decision visible
Describe the situation in your own words, or use the desk above. We work in writing and usually respond within one working day.
write to us
Which channel do you need
right now?
No call needed. Tell us what hurts and what you want to change. We’ll reply in writing, usually within one working day — with concrete questions and a next step.
